Your callback request

The check is an initial referral screen. It does not guarantee that you qualify for a repayment solution or that any repayment amount will be reduced. A registered debt counsellor must assess your finances. Completing this form requests a callback only.

Costs and important limits

Our check and callback request have no DebtFreedom fee. Debt counselling fees apply if you use that service. Ask the counsellor for written fees and terms before applying. Repayment services do not automatically cancel debt. Reduced payments can mean a longer repayment term. Some repayment arrangements restrict access to new credit; the partner must explain this before you apply.

Your decision

Before applying, verify the counsellor’s NCR registration, understand the fees and ask about the effect on your credit record. Keep making your existing payments unless appropriately advised by your counsellor. No payment reduction or service acceptance is guaranteed.
